Beth Farias

B.A. in Political Science and Spanish, Providence College
Certificate of Public Administration, Roger Williams University

Former Senior Assistant Director of Admission, Bryant University
Past-President, Rhode Island Association of Admission Officers (RIAAO)

I have worked with students in the following areas:

I have worked with students applying to a variety of majors and types of colleges, including Ivy League colleges, small, private schools and large, public universities; I have worked with students applying to programs including business, architecture, pre-med, nursing, pharmacy, engineering, and liberal arts. I have also worked with transfer students and recruited athletes.

Why I am passionate about college counseling:

I love building relationships with my students and their families and watching them grow throughout this process. It is so rewarding to help a student find their voice in an essay and ultimately find the right college fit.

Also, having been a member of an admissions committee for many years, I enjoy helping to demystify the college search and application process for families. It can be so helpful to understand a college’s perspective in the process and be able to guide students in how to make their application stand out.
